Development Director

Zsolt created and led the entire training and knowledge management area of a Shared Service Center in Budapest. He has supported a number of complex organizations as an internal trainer and coach, successfully training thousands of people before joining Invention Factory. Zsolt is the author of our training materials, the leader of our trainer training programs.

Research Director

Móni built diverse knowledge as a director at a market research company. She is an experienced organizational developer and effective trainer in building hard skills, attitudes, and soft skills. As a researcher, she studies human behavior, concentrating on decision-making and loyalty. She is the supervisor of our coach team and a project manager who drives our work forward.

Szilárd created the Organoco methodology, its models and tools after a longer sting in management, and extensive studies into Gestalt and integrative psychology. His professional and scientific interests have led to a diverse research and development process that has spanned over fifteen years, and the results of which are constantly used to enrich the Organoco Mindset.

Alíz has been supporting leaders for nearly twenty years. Throughout her career, she has developed a management information system, motivation system, strategic and operational planning system. Over time, her attention has increasingly turned towards the human factor, and she has dived into building team spirit and a sense of community. As a trainer, she helps others explore, accept, and understand situations, and from this clear assessment, her partners find new roads to success.

Psychologist, Trainer, and Coach

Eszter has worked in a variety of business functions, both in multinational organizations and in the cultural, nonprofit sector. She has been the driving force behind our Invention Youth program, which offers effective support to youths and their parents. In addition to traditional training and coaching, Eszter runs all of our equestrian programs, in which she builds on her impressive knowledge of horses.

Ákos has been involved in business development for a long time: he established his own agency, managed the local office of an international organization, and built a regional sales network. His main areas of expertise are innovation and the development of cooperation. Réka worked for one of the largest telecom companies in various roles for twenty years, from customer relations and business development to innovation. Her professional approach is dominated by person-centered Rogerian therapy alongside a deep understanding of the Organoco mindset. Her diverse professional experience and rich life experience, make her training and coaching colorful and full of experiences.

Léna began her coaching journey almost ten years ago when her pharmaceutical career came to a close. She blends her understanding of self-knowledge, movement, body-centric approaches, and the Organoco Mindset to act as a particularly effective coach.

András worked in the advertising industry as an executive for over 25 years. He began learning about training, organizational development, and coaching after facing his own leadership challenges. He is an active, experienced coach and a member of the Gestalt Association. His favorite topics are happy leadership, change-confidence, and leadership cooperation.

Tibor has been involved in organizational development since 2002. He started his career as an engineer, then after completing an MBA degree and a few years spent in the UK, he joined the business consulting division at KPMG and then the management team of Antenna Hungária. As a consultant, trainer, and coach, he applies his colorful, professional experience while focusing on strengthening his clients’ inner support. His toolbox is also enriched by playful, theatrical techniques.
